Steve's first valuation within the area was back in 1993. He has been valuing properties exclusively in this area ever since. Steve's valuable experience is well known throughout the property industry which has lead to an ever increasing number of professionals contacting him on a daily basis for his expert advice. He is called upon daily to assist residential property surveyors compile their final valuation as part of a survey.

Steve has appeared on Channel 4's Property Ladder programme as an 'expert valuer' and he has worked alongside Ann Maurice 'The House Doctor' on her 'Interior Rivalry' show on Channel Five. His advice, comments and property quotes have appeared in many national newspapers over the years, these include The Times, The Independent and the Evening Standard..
Steve is very down to earth and simply enjoys his business of helping people get to where they need to be without all the fuss. Together with Panos, his business partner and long time friend, they have built up a huge client base and this continues to grow as they get recommended to others.

Panos

Estate Agent PanosPanos is one of the Directors - He gets the sales through!

With over 25 years in the business Panos has a wealth of knowledge when it comes
to property and people. He started as a young negotiator under the watchful eye of a well respected Branch Manager, a character that was considered 'old' back then!

Panos has found success in applying this priceless knowledge to his own business - nurturing every sale 'the old fashioned way'. He deals with every file personally to
ensure that our sales progress right through to completion as smoothly as possible.

Panos knows the importance of keeping everyone informed as a sale progresses. He believes and has even proven that his method reduces stress. His own experience and that of the 'Old Respected Branch Manager' has indeed taught him that most 'property related stress' is often induced by lack of communication!

Together with his business partner and long time friend Steve, Panos has been dealing with clients and their properties in the area since 1993.
